3D printing with ZPrinter 650

One of the best possibilities to make your 3D models come to live, is the 3D print. Our 3D printer ZPrinter 650 by ZCorporation quickly and easily creates models in various colours and scales.

With a construction space of 381 x 254 x 203 mm, also larger models can easily be put together. A combination with CNC-milling enables us to build whole castles and terrain models. Photorealistic colouring is now problem, e.g. for buildings, statues and monuments. The procedure is also perfectly suited for rapid prototyping applications.

3D prints are especially suited for:

  • architecture and design
  • models for museums and exhibitions
  • applications in medicine and science
  • construction and prototype creation
  • or as a simple present for all kinds of occasions

Contemplate our models in the gallery. We will gladly make you an offer that matches your desires.

Animation of a 3D-printing process

Our little animation shows the operation of a ZCorporation 3D-printer. The plaster powder is transported into the construction space in thin levels (app. 1/10mm) and "glued" immediately. Simultaneously, the print head applies the colour texturing. This production of a part of Vianden Castle (Luxemburg) took app. 12 hours and is about 30 cm high. Animation (c) ArcTron 3D GmbH, 2009.
