Project Content:

The aim of the project was to digitally process significant archaeological finds in the Zeilsheim area. The interactive application provides the visitor with information about the localization of the finds, the trans-regional connections, the virtual reconstruction of the discovered grave monument and more. All these topics are presented to visitors of the Archaeological Museum – Frankfurt a. Main in form of an interactive guide.

Positioned right next to the original finds, the Media Station offers visitors to explore in depth the background information about the objects to specifically illuminate the specific aspects of interest in greater detail.

The user can navigate to virtually follow the archaeologists during the excavations, learn more about the grave furnishings found on site and gather interesting background knowledge.
